The Challenge

DP World is undergoing a multi-year, multi-terminal rollout of their in-house Terminal Operating System (TOS), replacing legacy systems with a standardised global platform. One Digital Nation are leading the European regional roll out, spanning diverse operational models with complex integration requirements. In a high-stakes project like this, there is a critical need for someone to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, align stakeholders across tiers, and ensure that the project not only meet technical milestones but also leave behind a sustainable support capability.

Our Solution

Operating as Regional IT Project Implementation Manager, Kevin is the connective tissue between Global, Regional, and Local teams, ensuring delivery momentum while architecting a long-term operating and support model to deliver consistent, scalable, and cost-effective application and infrastructure support across multiple terminals. Kevin is also leading environment readiness and infrastructure alignment across the region, coordinating with local teams, regional infrastructure, and global technical owners, and driving data migration, testing, and training readiness in a pragmatic approach that respects the clients maturity levels.
